Extract from Script:

TOM: (Looking at his watch) It’s comin’ up to twelve, Huck…Where are you goin’? (Huck has scrambled to his feet)

HUCK: I reckin it weren’t such a good idea after all, Tom. There’re easier ways to cure warts than hobnobbin’ with devils. Joe was right…

TOM: What about the treasure? You ain’t goin’ afore we’ve had a chance to look fer that?

HUCK: You kin keep the treasure, Tom. That’s if you kin find it. I’ll just light out of here… (Huck is picking up his cat when Tom clutches him by the arm)

TOM: Look!

HUCK: It’s devil fire! It’s devils, sure enough. We’re goners.
