Where glittery chaos and laughter will flow,
It’s a festive fun pyjama party—snug and bright,
With children bringing magic, giving pure delight.

So, join in the fun—clap, laugh, and cheer,
Enjoy every moment with those you hold dear,
Smile and sing along, don’t be shy,
Its Christmas joy sparkling right before your eye!

It’s Christmas Eve, the stars are bright,
The moon is glowing silver white,
We the children are bouncing on beds, oh what a sight
Too full of beans to go to sleep tonight!

My pyjamas shine with glitter bright,
I wore them way too early tonight,
I’ve brushed my teeth and combed my hair,
And bounced on the bed like I’m flying through air!

My giant onesie’s red and blue,
It has a little reindeer too,
I have hidden some biscuits up my sleeve,
In case I’m hungry on this fun Christmas Eve!

My cuddly teddy is wide-eyed and bright,
We’re both staying up far too late tonight!
He is dancing and wriggling and jumping with cheer,
He whispered,……..“At last—it’s the best night of the year!

I have a cuddly blanket soft and deep,
Because I really really like my sleep,
While everyone else jumps around the floor,
I’ve nearly started falling asleep and do I snore!

Now welcome to our party night,
The tree is sparkling warm and bright,
But if dance we might make the ceiling shake,
And the Christmas pudding might just break!

So, wave hello and clap along,
We’ll start our Christmas eve bright and strong,
The fun is really here, so with a big ding dong
Sit back you mums and dads and hear our first song!

NOBODY WANTS BEDTIME 

The hour grew late, the fire glowed red,
But no one wanted to go to bed,
We all chatted, giggled, danced and spun,
Because Christmas Eve is full of fun!

I simply cannot close my eyes,
I’m far too full of Christmas cries,
I think I heard sleigh bells outside,
Or maybe it was Dad who fell off the bed and cried!

So, it’s Christmas Eve, let’s have some fun,
Let’s be cheeky, everyone!
We’ll bounce and laugh and giggle bright,
Come on everyone, let’s have a pillow fight!

I tried to sleep for half a minute,
But my Christmas thoughts kept bursting in it,
I counted sheep all fluffy white,
Then rode them round my room all night!

I closed my eyes and gave a sigh,
Then dreamed a candy cane flew by,
A dancing elf played Christmas drums,
And Santa juggled giant plums!

You all may jump and shriek and shout,
But I am nearly all worn out,
How am I going to sleep tonight,
When Christmas joy is coming tonight!

Look everyone, out of the window and see,
Can you spot Santa flying past that tree?
He's still got lots of houses to visit around,
But Santa Claus is coming to town!

Come on, let’s gather round the tree,
And see what’s waiting there for us to see!
We wonder what the presents hide,
Let’s take a little peek inside!
I asked for skates all bright and new,
With silver laces sparkling blue,
I’d glide around the garden path,
Then probably fall down and make you all laugh!

I asked for robots, drums and glue,
A pogo stick and a kangaroo,
A pirate ship, ten cakes and cheese,
And seven dancing Christmas trees!

I asked for dresses, crowns and rings,
And fluffy little puppy things,
A microphone that lights up pink,
And lots of chocolate every time I blink!

I only asked for cosy socks,
And maybe one small building box,
A fluffy pillow for my bed,
And pancakes stacked upon my head.

The best things underneath the tree,
Are love and friends and family,
And laughter filling every room,
With Christmas joy coming here really soon.

Look! The wind outside began to blow,
And soon the world was filled with snow,
We all rushed to look outside,
With mouths and eyes opened so wide.

Look! The snowflakes twirl like fairy dust,
The rooftops sparkle bright and crisp,
The garden looks like icing white,
It truly is a magic sight!

Look! The trees all wear their fluffy hats,
The snow has covered bikes and mats,
I’d like to build a snowman round and fat,
Who wibble-wobbles… then bam!—splat!

Look! I’ll build a snowman huge and tall,
The funniest snowman of them all,
With a carrot nose and bobbly hat,
And a scarf too big and long and flat!

The bedroom grew still, the lights shone low,
The fire cast a golden glow,
We all stopped and paused our games awhile,
And gathered round with peaceful smile.

Christmas is not just gifts and fun,
Or twinkly lights for everyone,
It’s love and hope that came to earth,
The night dear baby Jesus’ birth.

But where is Santa, has he got lost?
Is he stuck somewhere in the frosty frost?
The reindeer fly through skies so high,
With jingling bells across the sky.

Did they land deep in snowy land?
Where snowy hills all look so grand?
We look outside with sleepy fright,
Yes we can hear him, we can hear him— Oh! what a sight!

Ho Ho Ho! I’ve made it through!
And it is thanks to all of you!
Your singing helped me find the way,
And saved my Christmas Eve today!

We’re glad you found our house at last,
The snowstorm outside blew so fast,
We hoped your sleigh would make it through,
With all the gifts packed up for you!

Did Rudolph really eat twelve pies?
With cream all dripping from his eyes?
Did Dasher crash into a gate?
And Comet does not fly, he roller skates!

They did indeed, you cheeky chap,
One elf fell asleep in my lap,
The reindeer danced, the sleigh bells shook,
And somehow someone lost the present book!

Dear Santa, now you’re finally here,
We’ve been waiting all the long long year!
We’re far too excited, that much is true,
We’re about to explode with joy… and bounce off the roof too!

Remember kids!
Be kind and caring every day,
Help others gladly on their way,
For Christmas joy is the love we share,
With family, friends and people everywhere.

It’s Christmas Eve, what fun, what cheer,
A pyjama party with Santa here!
We can dance and laugh and celebrate,
This Christmas night is truly truly truly great!
