At Scripts & Sketches, we aim to provide a high-quality platform for writers and customers purchasing digital script content. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to one of our membership plans.
Digital Script Purchases
Scripts purchased through Scripts & Sketches are digital products delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a script has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
By purchasing a script, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The script is a digital product.
- Delivery occurs immediately upon download.
- Your right to cancel ends once the download process has begun.
- No refunds will be issued for downloaded scripts.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased script, please contact us and we will make every effort to assist you.
Writer Membership Subscriptions
Writers may cancel their membership subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation:
- Future subscription payments will cease.
- Your membership benefits will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
- Any scripts published under your writer account may be removed from public view and the Scripts & Sketches marketplace.
- Access to premium features associated with your membership plan will be withdrawn.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Technical faults preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved.
- Billing errors attributable to Scripts & Sketches.
Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Scripts & Sketches.
