Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all script purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or delivered.
Before You Purchase
Please read the script description, cast size, age suitability, genre, and any available previews carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you receive:
- A corrupted file
- The wrong script
- A file that cannot be downloaded or opened
please contact us within 14 days of purchase at admin@scriptsandsketches.com and we will provide a replacement file or resolve the issue promptly.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same script more than once, please contact us within 14 days and we will review the order and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Writers Membership Cancellation Policy
Writers Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
If you cancel your membership, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Once your current billing period has ended:
- Your membership benefits will cease.
- Any scripts submitted through your Writers Membership will be removed from Scripts & Sketches.
- Your writer profile and associated content may be unpublished or removed from public view.
- To republish scripts in the future, an active Writers Membership will be required.
If you wish to remove your scripts before the end of your billing period, please contact us and we will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Scripts & Sketches reserves the right to retain sales records, customer purchase history, reviews, ratings, accounting records, and transaction data relating to removed scripts for administrative, accounting, legal, and regulatory purposes.
The removal of a script from public sale does not affect the rights of customers who have previously purchased that script, nor does it affect historical sales records maintained by Scripts & Sketches.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that mistakes can happen. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
