Pyjamas, Pillows, Presents follows a group of excited children on Christmas Eve as they gather for the ultimate pyjama party. Dressed in cosy pyjamas and festive Santa hats, they bounce, giggle, sing, and dream their way through a night packed with anticipation and wonder.
As bedtime becomes almost impossible, the children enjoy pillow fights, imagine fantastic Christmas gifts, marvel at a snowy winter wonderland, and eagerly watch for signs of Santa's arrival. Along the way, they discover that Christmas is about much more than presents and excitement. Through a gentle and moving Nativity moment, they reflect on the true meaning of Christmas—the birth of baby Jesus and the message of love, hope, kindness, and joy.

CHILDREN'S CHORUS BOYS AND GIRLS -
The main cast consists of children dressed in colourful pyjamas and festive red Santa hats. They take part in the Christmas Eve pyjama party, performing songs, dances, narration and dialogue throughout the show.
NARRATORS:
Narration can be adapted to suit the size and age range of the cast. Older or more confident children may take the narrator roles, helping to guide the audience through the story. Schools may choose: 2 main narrators 4–6 narrators sharing sections Multiple children each delivering a few lines A larger narration team for bigger productions This flexibility allows all children to be included regardless of class size.
SANTA:
A special featured role with a warm and humorous speaking part. Santa arrives near the end of the show to join the celebrations and share an important message about kindness, friendship and the true spirit of Christmas. This role may be played by an adult, older pupil or confident young performer.
MARY AND JOSEPH:
